At GLIDE, we stand behind what we make. If GLIDE isn't right for you, here's exactly how returns and refunds work.
Our 30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date your order is delivered. If you're not happy with GLIDE for any reason, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right.
How to start a return or refund
Email support@wearglide.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason for your return or refund request
- A photo, if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
We'll reply within 1–2 business days with the next steps.
Opened or used products
GLIDE is a personal-care product applied directly to the skin. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot resell opened or used bottles, so opened products are not eligible for a physical return. They are still fully covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee: if you've tried GLIDE and it didn't work out, contact us and we'll process your refund without requiring you to ship the bottle back.
Unopened products
Unopened products in their original packaging are eligible for a refund within 30 days of delivery. In most cases we can process your refund without requiring you to ship the product back. If a return is required, we'll provide the return details. For unopened returns that aren't the result of our error, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, and you will not need to return the item.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. We'll email you once your refund has been processed.
Cancellations and order changes
If you need to change or cancel an order, email support@wearglide.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped we may not be able to change it, but your 60-day guarantee still applies.
Situations not covered
- Refunds or returns requested after the 30-day window
- Products not purchased directly from wearglide.com
- Returns sent back without contacting us first
