Shipping Policy

Everything you need to know about how and when your GLIDE order arrives.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If you're outside the US and want to order, email support@wearglide.com and we'll let you know whether we can help.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery time

GLIDE ships from our overseas fulfillment center. After processing, estimated delivery is 6-12 business days. Total time from order to doorstep is your processing time plus transit time.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs clearance, peak periods, weather, and carrier delays can occasionally add time, and those factors are outside our control.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all US orders.

Import duties and taxes

All applicable import duties and taxes are included in your order total. You will not be charged any additional fees when your order is delivered.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow a few days for tracking information to update after you receive it. If your tracking hasn't moved in 10+ business days, email us and we'll look into it.

Lost, stuck, or delayed shipments

If your order seems lost or hasn't arrived in a reasonable time, contact support@wearglide.com. We'll help trace the shipment and, if it's confirmed lost, send a replacement or issue a refund under our money-back guarantee.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly, but if you catch a mistake quickly, email us right away and we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
